Interlocking Purpose.

01.

Operational Precision

We process data to deliver high-quality graphic design services and fulfill our contractual obligations. This includes project delivery, billing, and scheduling 1-on-1 consultation sessions.

02.

Technical Refinement

Site analytics are monitored to ensure our digital experiences and typographic systems exhibit consistent performance on the devices used by the Danish market.

03.

Lawful Governance

Compliance with Danish tax and legal frameworks requires the retention of financial communication and project agreements for specific statutory periods.

Rights

Your Creative Sovereignty.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users within the EU/EEA maintain specific rights over their personal identifiers. Pink Crocodile Design operates with total transparency in facilitating these requests.

Right to Access

Request a complete ledger of personal data held within our studio ecosystem.

Right to Erasure

Request the removal of identity data, provided it does not conflict with Danish statutory limits.

Data Portability

Receive project-related identity data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Correction

Rectify inaccuracies in your professional dossier to ensure alignment with active projects.

Zero-Sale Integrity

"Your brand's data is part of its architecture—it is never for trade."

We do not sell, trade, or rent user data to third-party marketers. Data is shared exclusively with technical sub-processors (hosting, payment gateways, or production vendors) strictly necessary for delivering your bespoke design solutions. All partners are verified for GDPR alignment.

Clarifications

Common Inquiries.

How long is project data retained?

Active project data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years to satisfy Danish bookkeeping requirements. Inactive design exploratory files are typically pruned after 24 months.

Do you use tracking pixels?

We use minimal site analytics. Unlike commodity marketing platforms, we avoid invasive cross-site tracking pixels that compromise the clean studio aesthetic and user privacy.

What happens during project handoff?

Upon final delivery of your Identity Architecture, we provide a secure archive. For your security, we recommend downloading these assets promptly as our temporary cloud buffers clear within 30 days.

Is my data encrypted?

All data transmitted via our domain is secured using SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive branding assets are stored in compartmentalized environments with restricted access.

Liaise with our Data Steward.

For specific inquiries regarding data rights, or to submit a formal access request, please contact our Skjern office directly.

Official Lodgement

If you believe your data has been handled inconsistently with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
